My name is Julian, I live in Graz, and study Software Engineering at TU Graz. I've always been drawn to the point where cutting edge tech actually meets real people. Because of this fascination I've worked on a wide variety of projects - sometimes more on the creative side of digital design & marketing, sometimes more on the technical side. This mix of technical background and hands-on experience has influenced how I approach the digital world. I have several years of experience working at a medium-sized company where everyone takes on a variety of responsibilities. This environment helped me develop a holistic perspective on projects. When I’m asked to automate a process for example, it’s never just about automating task X. It’s about understanding the entire workflow — how employees interact with their tools, why changes are necessary, and how those changes affect the broader system. That’s what excites me most: turning complexity into clarity and helping teams move confidently into a more digital, automated future. Ultimately, I enjoy working closely with people, understanding their challenges, and building solutions that make their everyday work simpler and more meaningful.
